General
- Create, manage and implement effective and clear procedures for the operation and functioning of the school consistent with the philosophy, mission, values and goals of the school
- Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all students and staff for academic performance and responsibility for behaviour
- Develop student, staffs and parents relationship
- Develop academic planning including teaching curriculum development in accordance with the school’s educational philosophy
- Build and develop good public relationship with various stakeholders of school
- Prepare quarterly, semi annually and yearly progress report of programs
Teacher and Staffs
- Develop job description for teachers/staff of school in cordinance with SMC
- Recruit, hire, train, fire (if necessary) staffs
- Provide academic staff (teachers) supervision
- Report progress, challenges and sortcomings to the concerned authorities
Finance
- Prepare the annual budget together with the school treasurer to be presented to the SMC for approval three months in advance of the school year
- Manage and maintain accountability for all income and expenditures of the school, authorizing expenses as they are in the budget plan
- Approve expenditures according to the school’s financial policy
Note:
- Travel facility from Kathmandu to Yangri valley at Sindhupalchowk including daily fooding and lodging services is provided by the organization.
