Eden Garden School invites applications from dynamic, visionary, and result-oriented education leaders for the position of Principal to lead the school into its next phase of academic, technological, and values-based transformation.

The Principal will work closely with multiple Heads of Department (HODs) covering academics, AI/IT, sports, cultural and spiritual activities, local skills, and administration, supported by a strong operational and academic team.

Key Responsibilities

Academic & Pedagogical Leadership

Provide strategic leadership to implement innovative, skill-based, and project-oriented learning models.
Ensure effective integration of AI literacy, digital skills, problem-solving, and creativity across grades.
Guide HODs and teachers in curriculum planning, classroom innovation, assessment reform, and student engagement.
Monitor teaching quality, student outcomes, and continuous improvement practices.

Institutional Leadership

Lead and coordinate academic, administrative, and operational teams.
Build a strong, collaborative, and accountable professional culture.
Translate the school’s philosophy and reform vision into measurable actions and outcomes.
Represent the school in academic, professional, and community forums.

Human Resource Development

Mentor HODs, teachers, and instructors.
Promote continuous professional development, coaching, and performance evaluation.
Foster leadership capacity within departments.

Student Development & School Culture

Ensure holistic student development: academic excellence, character building, discipline, creativity, and social responsibility.
Promote co-curricular, cultural, spiritual, sports, and community service programs.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with parents, local community, and partner institutions.
Encourage community-based learning, local enterprise exposure, and real-world problem solving.
Support school branding, outreach, and reputation building.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure adherence to educational regulations, school policies, and ethical standards.
Oversee academic planning, reporting, and internal quality assurance systems.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Required Age:Less than 45 years

Other Specification

Age: Below 45 years (preferred)
Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree or Equivalent
Experience:

Proven leadership experience as Principal, Vice-Principal, Academic Head, or Senior Administrator
Strong understanding of modern pedagogy, digital learning, and school management
