Nepal Police School Belchautara, Tanahun requires a Principal for the purpose of fixed-term project. Applications are invited from eligible Nepali citizens. The application form can be obtained from the Nepal Police Headquarters, Welfare Department, School Coordination Desk, Naxal, within 15 days from the first publication date (B.S. 2082 Shrawan 01) during public holidays.
Qualification for Expectations:
- Master's degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a teacher in Secondary Level or minimum 5 years of experience as a Principal in any Secondary Level Educational Institution or minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in University Level.
- Not having any conviction in the court of law.
- Not being a member of any political party.
- Not having any kind of economic dispute with the organization.
- At the age of final submission of the application, the age should be between 30 and 55 years.
Documents required to be submitted with the application: -
- Certified copy of Nepali citizenship,
- Certified copies of educational qualifications (Equivalence certificates for foreign boards),
- Certified copies of relevant school/university work experience certificates,
- A letter of intent for taking on a leadership role in not more than 2,500 words and a four-year work plan.
- Articles, research, and publications published in national or international academic journals, if any Certified personal information.
- A copy of declaration letter as per the 3rd, 4th, 5th points under qualifications section,
- Commitment letter to perform the responsibilities of the said post within the tenure of the appointment.
- A bank voucher of NPR 2,000.00 (Two thousand only), deposited in the account number 1160100001787001 of Rastriya Banijya Bank, Tangal, Nepal Police Welfare Fund.
Evaluation Criteria: Evaluation will be done on the basis of an application letter, work plan presentation, case study (written and oral), and an interview.
Rejection of the Application: If any false or fake documents are found to have been submitted with the application, the Selection Board may reject the application of the candidate.
Term of Principal, Service, and Facilities:
- The salary of the principal shall be as per the starting scale of secondary teacher first class of Nepal Government Teacher Service,
- The tenure of the principal shall be 4 years. The tenure may be extended for an additional 2 terms at the discretion of the evaluation committee,
- Other facilities of the principal shall be as per the Nepal Police's prevailing policy.
