Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal to join our team and overseeing the smooth operation of Grade 1-8 at our school. The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for shaping young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic leadership and oversee the implementation of curriculum and teaching standards to ensure effective teaching and learning
  • Supervise, evaluate, and support teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure accountability, support professional growth, and maintain high standards of teaching and support services.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe school culture for the well-being, fosters motivation, and builds a sense of community among students and staff.
  • Monitor student performance and implement strategies for improvement to identify learning gaps early and ensure that every student receives the support they need to succeed.
  • Enforce school policies, rules, and disciplinary procedures to promote order, safety, and fairness within the school environment.
  • Develop and manage the school budget and resources effectively to ensure resources are used efficiently to support teaching, learning, and infrastructure needs.
  • Coordinate and conduct regular staff meetings and professional development sessions to enhance teaching effectiveness, staff morale, and keep educators updated with the latest pedagogical practices.
  • Oversee school operations, including schedules, events, facilities, and safety protocols to minimize disruptions and provide a structured environment conducive to learning.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and maintain strong family-school partnerships.
  • Collaborate with community organizations to enrich student learning and engagement.
