National Human Resource Development Academy Pvt Ltd (NHRDA) is a leading CTEVT affiliated college dedicated to providing high- quality education in Health Assistant (HA), Nursing and Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology (CMLT) is located in Janakpurdham-8, Dhanusha, Madhesh Province, is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and dedicated individual to fill the position of Principal and coordinator. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our educational institution, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high quality education.

Position: Principal

Education Qualification: Master Degree in Public Field, Nursing field or In relevant field. Or Bachelor in relevant field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a education institution. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve NHRDA's mission and goals in the field of education.
• Manage and supervise staff, ensuring their professional development and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
• Oversee the financial management of the institution, including budgeting, fundraising and grant management. 
• Establish and maintain relationships.
