1. Masters Degree with at least first division from recognized university having minimum 5 yrs. experience of teaching as a teacher of higher secondary school.

Master's Degree with at least second division from recognized university having minimum 3 yrs. of experience as the principal of higher secondary school which achieved excellent results for 5 yrs. in examination taken by NEB.
Or,
At least, lecturer at any recognized university.
2. Fluent in written and spoken English.
3. Having sound knowledge on ICT.
