We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to young learners, fostering a positive learning environment, and helping students achieve their academic potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that meet the needs of all students in the primary school.
Create an engaging, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
Assess and evaluate students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
Implement classroom management strategies to maintain a positive atmosphere.
Work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure students’ overall development.
Organize and participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of students' academic and personal progress.
Encourage students’ emotional and social growth.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a primary school teacher.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use modern teaching methods and technology effectively.
Patience, enthusiasm, and passion for teaching.
Ability to adapt to different learning needs and student backgrounds.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in phonic training, microteaching, and activity-based learning.
