Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and student-focused Primary Level Teacher to teach General Knowledge (GK), Nepali, and English. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about nurturing young learners, skilled in engaging teaching methodologies, and committed to delivering high-quality education aligned with modern pedagogical practices.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in GK, Nepali, and English for primary level students.
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Use student-centered teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
Assess, evaluate, and monitor student progress regularly.
Provide individual guidance, mentorship, and support to students.
Develop and use innovative teaching materials and resources.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student well-being.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
Integrate 21st-century skills into teaching practices.
