Job Summary

The Primary Level In-Charge will be responsible for the academic leadership, administration, and overall management of the primary section. The role involves supervising teachers, ensuring curriculum implementation, maintaining discipline, and promoting a positive learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Provide academic and administrative leadership for the primary level.
Supervise, guide, and support primary teachers.
Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum and lesson planning.
Monitor students’ academic progress and classroom performance.
Maintain discipline and a child-friendly learning environment.
Coordinate with the Principal and school management on academic matters.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress and concerns.
Organize and oversee primary-level activities, events, and assessments.
Ensure compliance with school policies and standards.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, with prior leadership or coordinator role preferred.
Strong understanding of primary education pedagogy.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to mentor teachers and manage teams effectively.
