Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Level Grade Teacher to join our team and foster a positive and engaging learning environment for young students. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about educating and nurturing children, providing a foundation for their academic growth and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that align with the curriculum for the assigned grade.
Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Create and maintain a positive, organized, and safe classroom environment.
Foster student engagement, creativity, and critical thinking.
Provide individualized support to students who may need additional help in learning.
Encourage social, emotional, and academic development through mentoring and guidance.
Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
Prepare and submit progress reports and evaluations for parents and school administration.
