Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop interactive and creative course material and lesson plans
Implementation of the curriculum in classrooms to meet required standards and the individual needs of children
Organize classroom as well as learning resources to develop a positive learning atmosphere
Monitor, track, and provide proper guidance for individual student progress
Collaborate with other teachers to share best practices and provide meaningful feedback regularly
Maintain relationships with parents and legal guardians of students to keep them informed of their child’s progress
Organising field trips, events, and extracurricular activities

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Required Age:More than 25 years

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelors degree in Education or related field
Minimum of two years of teaching experience as a grade teacher
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali
Sound computer skills and technological knowledge
Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods
Passion for educating children
Preferably IPC trained or IB certified and experience in progressive pedagogical skills
