Job Description

At least Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant discipline
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a teacher
Develop and implement progressive educational plans (Lesson, Unit, & Yearly)
Conduct classes in a progressive and constructive learning environment
Develop and implement hands-, minds-, hearts-on instructional resource materials
Use ICTs to facilitate students learning and develop teaching materials
Assess students' learning regularly, provide feedback, and help them improve
Plan and implement various educational activities and events to enhance student's learning for the holistic development of students
Develop and implement real-world projects to provide experiential learning
Prepare and distribute periodic progress reports, portfolios, and block assessment report cards
Attend parent-teacher meetings and provide feedback for students' learning growth
