• Maintain a child-friendly environment in the class and encourage other staffs, like sisters, to do the same
• Planning and preparing activities to develop all aspects of the child's individual development in a stimulating atmosphere
• Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school
• Taking responsibility for the progress of a class
• Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum developed by head office
• Manage children behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures
• Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences
• Motivating students with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation
