Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain a child-friendly environment in the class and encourage other staffs, like sisters, to do the same
Planning and preparing activities to develop all aspects of the child's individual development in a stimulating atmosphere
Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school
Taking responsibility for the progress of a class
Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum developed by head office
Manage children behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures
Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences
Motivating students with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation
