Job Description

A newly opened early intervention centre is looking for a dedicated Pre-school Teachers to join our team. The Pre-school Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging lessons, managing classroom activities, and supporting children aged 3-5 years, especially those with Special Needs. The ideal candidate will monitor progress, collaborate with parents, and organize activities that enhance students' abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop engaging lesson plans for special needs children (ages 3-5) in collaboration with the Teacher.
Apply Special Educational Needs (SEN) teaching methods or any other effective strategies for special needs children.
Support the Teacher in managing small groups of students effectively.
Manage a small group of students effectively.
Monitor child behavior and develop personalized learning plans.
Track students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to parents.
Communicate regularly with parents to discuss progress and concerns.
Communicate openly with the Teacher and the team to ensure smooth operations.
Organize activities and events that promote learning and development.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to create a nurturing environment.
