Responsible to: The Project Head

Responsibilities: 

• Deliver learning contents through various IT based learning platforms as MS Teams, Zoom, Facebook Live, YouTube channels, Instagram etc.
• Care and educate multiple kids in fun-filled ways
• Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experience.
• Provide trainings to other montessori school mentors.
• Interact with parents to enhance the learning process of the kids
• Implement instructional activities that contribute to a climate where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences
• Make sure the setting is safe for children to play and learn
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with students, parents, and other professionals on a regular basis
• Plan a daily, weekly and termly programme of work and activities
• Participate and contribute in all learning activities
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Head
