  • 2-3 years of Experience in Cybersecurity Products
  • A high sense of sales perspectives and deep interest in serving the customer keeping in priority
  • Clear functional understanding of Enterprise application and Cyber Security  products which include but not  limited to:
  1. Firewall, Endpoint Security, SIEM solutions, SOC, SOAR and other Security products
  2. Understanding or Hands on components of enterprise architecture as router, switches or other enterprise applications will be an advantage
  • Clear functional understanding of supporting technologies such as Network Monitoring Virtualization, Linux and Windows System will be an advantage
  • Proper Understanding of IT Management principles and ability to travel will be a plus

Job Description

  • The successful applicant will be a Cyber Security Customer Solution & Pre-Sales Architect
  • The role holder will be responsible for leading customers on analysis of Cyber Security requirements and resulting pre-sales/solution architecture for those customers - both new and existing
  • Provide technical pre-sales for the purpose of promoting and selling products/services. Entities include: potential customers, existing customers, partners, and resellers
  • Pre-sales activities will also include close interaction with internal groups such as post sales support, sales, R&D and management
  • Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, listening and understanding their challenges and requirement - both technical and business, and clearly articulate and communicate to the sales team, and document them
  • Present and articulate our value proposition to customers at all levels within the organization both technical and business audience
  • Be the solution owner, taking lead and working with cross-functioning team including professional services, product management, sales and marketing to drive the development of market-driven solution and services, and also for marketing events
  • Provide technical leadership to enterprise customers through a range of pre sales support functions including, supporting product evaluations, pre-sales technical consultation, post-sales support advocacy, and proactive needs analysis
  • Deliver technical presentations tailored for technical and non-technical audiences ranging from Cyber Security Engineer to CEO of the probable customers
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly product/service sales goals
  • Expertise in bid response (managed service outsource deals, defining service elements, building cost models, providing content)
