Job Description

The Pre primary In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, curriculum implementation, and overall management of the preprimary section. This role involves coordinating with teachers, engaging with parents, and ensuring that the school’s standards are met, while fostering a nurturing and creative learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations and activities within the designated level.
  • Collaborate with teachers to ensure curriculum implementation and adherence to educational standards.
  • Support and guide teaching staff in lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement strategies.
  • Monitor student progress, conduct assessments, and provide feedback to teachers and parents as necessary.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic and personal growth.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of educational initiatives and improvement plans.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, addressing concerns and providing updates on student performance.
  • Lead and participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to student and staff activities.
  • Uphold school policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe and enriching educational experience for all.
