      Job Description

      • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons to a class of primary students according to the school's curriculum and educational standards.
      • Collaborate with other teachers and school administrators to develop and enhance the primary curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational goals and standards.
      • Design and administer assessments, tests, and examinations to evaluate students' progress and understanding of the curriculum. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians on student performance.
      • Create a positive and engaging learning environment conducive to student learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively and enforce school rules and policies.
      • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students in the classroom, including those with special educational needs or English language learners.
      • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students' academic progress, behavior, and any concerns. Attend parent-teacher conferences as needed.
      • Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational best practices and trends.
      •  Participate in and/or organize extra-curricular activities, such as clubs, sports teams, or field trips, to enrich students' learning experiences.
      • Collaborate with colleagues within the school and potentially with external stakeholders to support the overall development and success of students.
      • Complete administrative tasks related to teaching, such as maintaining accurate records of student attendance and grades, submitting lesson plans, and participating in staff meetings.
