Job Description

Office Administration

Ensure smooth daily operations of the office (opening/closing office, arranging drinking water, managing kitchen supplies, etc.)
Handle general office upkeep and supervise support staff.
Manage supplies, cleanliness, and office orderliness.

Secretarial Duties

Manage scheduling and calendar for management.
Handle official correspondence, documents, and filing.
Assist in internal communication and meeting preparations.

HR & People Management

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of new hires.
Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave tracking.
Coordinate performance review processes.
Be the go-to person for staff queries and workplace policies.
