  • Manage scheduling and calendar for management.
  • Handle official correspondence, documents, and filing.
  • Assist in internal communication and meeting preparations.

HR & People Management

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of new hires.
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Coordinate performance review processes.
  • Be the go-to person for staff queries and workplace policies.
