We are looking for a passionate and skilled Practical Instructor – Food & Beverage to join our team at A Reputed Hotel Management College. The ideal candidate will have hands-on industry experience and a strong commitment to mentoring the next generation of hospitality professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct hands-on practical sessions in Food & Beverage service, including restaurant and banquet operations.
Teach students about table settings, service techniques, beverage knowledge, and guest interactions.
Oversee student performance during practical and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure students understand F&B service standards, hygiene practices, and hospitality etiquette.
Assist in organizing and conducting F&B events for the college, providing real-world experience for students.
Collaborate with faculty members to ensure alignment of practical lessons with theory.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM).
Strong practical knowledge of Food & Beverage service, including front-of-house operations.
Ability to demonstrate service techniques clearly and effectively.
Patience and mentoring skills to train students in a professional environment.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage a practical training environment and ensure safety and hygiene standards.
