Join Our Team as a PR & Brand Marketing Manager!

Spectrum Search is excited to present a fantastic opportunity to join an established crypto derivative hybrid exchange as a PR & Brand Marketing Manager. If you're a creative, strategic thinker with a passion for crypto and brand storytelling, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations & Communications: Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand visibility. Build strong relationships with media outlets and coordinate interviews and events. Create engaging PR materials and track campaign results.
Crisis Management: Develop and maintain crisis communication plans, manage responses, and coordinate with key stakeholders. Conduct post-crisis evaluations to ensure effective communication.
Branding: Oversee brand identity development, collaborate with teams to align marketing goals, and design marketing collateral. Manage video production and collaborate with industry partners for campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in PR, preferably in blockchain, FinTech, or startups.
At least 1 year in blockchain and/or exchange/trading firms.
Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and blockchain tech.
Relationships with top-tier cryptocurrency media outlets.
Proficiency in PR and design tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva).
Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
