Spectrum Search is excited to present a fantastic opportunity to join an established crypto derivative hybrid exchange as a PR & Brand Marketing Manager. If you're a creative, strategic thinker with a passion for crypto and brand storytelling, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Public Relations & Communications: Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand visibility. Build strong relationships with media outlets and coordinate interviews and events. Create engaging PR materials and track campaign results.
• Crisis Management: Develop and maintain crisis communication plans, manage responses, and coordinate with key stakeholders. Conduct post-crisis evaluations to ensure effective communication.
• Branding: Oversee brand identity development, collaborate with teams to align marketing goals, and design marketing collateral. Manage video production and collaborate with industry partners for campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in PR, preferably in blockchain, FinTech, or startups.
• At least 1 year in blockchain and/or exchange/trading firms.
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and blockchain tech.
• Relationships with top-tier cryptocurrency media outlets.
• Proficiency in PR and design tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva).
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
