Roles and responsibilities of this job

To execute in-market branding activities by installing promotional materials, maintaining brand visibility across assigned outlets, supporting branding operations, and fostering positive relationships with retailers.

Industry: FMCG – Beverage
Reporting To: Branding Supervisor / Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Achieve the daily poster pasting target by installing a minimum of 200+ posters across 60+ outlets per day.
Visit designated outlets as per the assigned route and complete daily branding activities.
Install posters, streamers, and other approved branding materials according to company standards.
Support Branding Staff and vendors during branding campaigns and promotional activities if required.
Build and maintain positive relationships with outlet owners and ensure professional representation of the company.
Provide timely market feedback, including branding opportunities, competitor activities, and outlet observations.
Submit required field reports, live photos, and other documentation as per company guidelines daily.
Comply with assigned routes, working hours, and company policies.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Higher Secondary (+2) or equivalent.
Prior experience in field marketing, merchandising, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Fresh candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
