  • 2 years and above work experience, stable personality, proficient in operating two types of road rollers.
  • Proven experience operating pneumatic tired rollers or similar heavy equipment 
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
  • Knowledge of safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  •  Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Description

  • Operate pneumatic tired rollers and other heavy equipment to compact earth and asphalt
  • Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on the equipment
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulations
  • Monitor the roller’s performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment
  • Ensure the work area is kept clean and free of debris
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
