Job Description

Quality Control in the plumbing and relevant works
Make sketches for plumbing layouts and determine types and quantities of materials necessary
Supervise the installation, repair, and maintenance of water, plumbing and heating systems
Maintain records and files and repair reports
Plan, schedule and assign the activities of plumbers
Establish work standards, production control, job priorities and preventative maintenance teams
Determine time and cost estimates for plumbing jobs
Assist staff with more difficult and complex projects
Assist skilled workers in related trades in general plumbing maintenance work
Maintain plumbing tools and equipment
