Plant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and leadership-driven Plant Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, safety, and overall performance of our 44 MW Hydropower Project, which is nearing completion and transitioning into commercial operation. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in hydropower operations, excellent people management skills, and a proven ability to lead plant activities in a dynamic operating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the hydropower plant.
• Ensure optimum plant availability, generation output, and operational performance.
• Lead and manage plant operations, maintenance, and technical teams.
• Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor plant performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage plant resources, budgets, and operational costs effectively.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Lead risk management, troubleshooting, and emergency response activities.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management.
