  • Supervise power plant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Utilize knowledge and expertise in using electrical equipment to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain a high level of verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali to effectively communicate with team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on plant performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain records of maintenance and repair activities.
