Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Oversee and manage all aspects of plant operations, including maintenance, repairs, and supervision of operations.
Provide leadership and direction to all employees at the site office.
Understand and review drawings to ensure proper execution of repair and maintenance works according to required quality standards.
Supervise power plant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Utilize knowledge and expertise in using electrical equipment to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
Maintain a high level of verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali to effectively communicate with team members.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
Monitor and report on plant performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Maintain records of maintenance and repair activities.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from recognised university
At least 4 years of experience in relevant field preferred in hydropower (project in operation)
Should lead all the employee of site office
Understand drawings and check as required for execution
Repair and Maintenance works and check if the works are according to the drawings along with the required quality
Supervision of power plant operations
Knowledge to use electrical equipment
High level of verbal and written communication skills both in English and Nepali etc.
