Other Specification

Master degree in Electrical Engineering,
Minimum 15 years of experience in plant management, preferably in hydropower or a similar heavy industry.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
Proven experience in operational planning, process optimization, and resource management.
Solid knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to the industry.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in managing a high-capacity plant or facility.
Familiarity with modern maintenance management systems (CMMS) and equipment maintenance best practices.
Proficient in financial management, including budget preparation and cost control.
Experience with regulatory compliance in environmental and safety standards.

Job Description

Lead and manage the overall operations of the plant, ensuring optimal efficiency, safety, and productivity.
Develop and implement operational strategies to meet the company’s production goals.
Monitor and improve plant performance, including maintenance of equipment, processes, and systems.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage plant budgets, resources, and personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
Liaise with engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams to optimize plant operations.
Oversee the maintenance of plant machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare and present regular reports on plant performance to management
