Job Description

  • Lead and manage the overall operations of the plant, ensuring optimal efficiency, safety, and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to meet the company’s production goals.
  • Monitor and improve plant performance, including maintenance of equipment, processes, and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage plant budgets, resources, and personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
  • Liaise with engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams to optimize plant operations.
  • Oversee the maintenance of plant machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on plant performance to management
