Key Responsibilities:

1.Project Planning

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Monitor and control project timelines to ensure timely completion.

2. Billing and Documentation

• Prepare and verify bills of quantities (BOQ) and interim payment certificates (IPC).
• Ensure accurate and timely billing to clients and subcontractors.

3.Cost Estimation and Budgeting

• Estimate project costs and prepare budgets.
• Track project expenses and maintain cost control measures.

4.Coordination and Reporting

• Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.

5.Quality Assurance

• Review and validate project documentation, designs, and construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual specifications and quality standards.

6.Risk Assessment

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to avoid project delays or cost overruns.

7.Software Proficiency

• Use project management tools such as Primavera, MS Project, and AutoCAD for planning and reporting.

8.Site Visits and Monitoring

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and resolve on-site issues.
• Verify completed works for billing and documentation purposes.
