Dhulikhel Hospital

Dhulikhel Hospital is currently seeking Pediatric Emergency Physicians to enhance its pediatric care services. This is a voluntary position aimed at encouraging applications from both diaspora and expatriates. The ideal candidate will support the hospital's mission of providing quality healthcare to children, contributing to a team dedicated to serve rural communities. Responsibilities and Deliverables:

• Supervise residents and fellows in emergency care of children
• Provide expertise and medical education in pediatric emergency medicine.
• Develop and implement curriculum for pediatric emergency medicine
• Conduct and train faculties, residents and students on pediatric emergency medicine simulation workshop programs.
• Conduct research on podiatric emergency care and practices and conduct grant writing and research methodology classes for students, residents and faculties

Educational Qualification:

• MD General Practice and Podiatrics
• Experience:
• Sound knowledge of providing pediatric emergency care along with research publications and grant writing
• Skills/Knowledge:
• Recognize and manage a large spectrum of pediatric emergency especially trauma cases Proficiency in point of care ultrasound
• Simulation medicine
• Research publications and training

Expected Duration of Contract: Fixed Term 12 months
