Job Description

We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Photographer and IT Officer to join our team. This dual role requires a dynamic individual to manage both photography duties and IT-related responsibilities, ensuring smooth technology operations and capturing high-quality images for events, marketing, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography:

Capture high-quality images for school events, such as performances, sports, workshops, and other extracurricular activities.
Edit and enhance photos using photo editing software to ensure they meet high visual standards.
Manage and organize a digital library of images for easy retrieval and use in promotional materials or school publications.
Assist in creating visual content for the school’s website, social media, and other marketing platforms.
Work closely with staff to plan and execute photoshoots for specific events or projects.

IT Officer Duties:

Oversee the management and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network systems within the organization.
Provide technical support to staff and students for IT-related issues, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and network problems.
Manage and update the school’s website, ensuring all content is current, accessible, and aligned with the school’s objectives.
Assist in maintaining the security of IT systems, including antivirus updates, data backups, and ensuring compliance with security policies.
Assist in the setup and management of technology equipment for school events, including audiovisual setups for presentations, meetings, and performances.
Help manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Provide training and support for staff and students on new software or technological tools used in the school.
