Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Photo Shoots and Scheduling:

• Coordinate and schedule photoshoots with partner restaurants and internal departments.
• Ensure timely and efficient execution of photo shoots to meet content deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and preferences for photography as per content requirement.

2. Food Styling and Creativity:

• Use a keen eye for detail to style and photograph food in creative and appealing ways.
• Stay updated on current trends in food photography and continuously improve techniques.
• Experiment with different styles and setups to create visually stunning food images.

3. Editing and Post-Processing:

• Perform photo editing and retouching to enhance the visual quality of images.
• Ensure all photos meet Foodmandu’s quality standards and branding guidelines.
• Utilize photo editing software to adjust lighting, color balance, and other elements.

4. Content Management:

• Organize and maintain a digital archive of all photos taken.
• Provide edited photos to the marketing and content teams for use in promotional materials.
• Ensure timely delivery of images for use in various marketing channels, including social media, website, and app.

5. Equipment Management:

• Use personal photography gear for all shoots.
• Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and ready for use during shoots.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the marketing and app experience teams to align on project goals and vision.
• Coordinate with interdepartmental teams for internal organization photoshoots and restaurant’s food photoshoots.

7. Project Management:

• Manage multiple photography projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
• Provide regular updates to supervisors and team members on project progress.

8. Video Shoot and Editing:

• Conduct simple video shoots as required for marketing purposes.
• Edit videos to create engaging content that aligns with Foodmandu’s branding and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a food photographer with a strong portfolio of food photography.
• Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Strong understanding of photography techniques, lighting, and composition.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work on location at various restaurant venues.
• Own photography gear is required.
