Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling designs that reflect the brand identity across both print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, capable of transforming ideas into engaging visuals, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while staying updated with the latest design trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing designs that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
Conceptualize and develop creative graphics for digital and print media.
Design marketing materials, social media creatives, brochures, banners, presentations, and promotional assets.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
Understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client and organizational expectations.
Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
Prepare artwork for print production and digital publishing.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Assist in prepress preparation and production processes when required.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software is an added advantage.
Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, color theory, and visual aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to incorporate constructive feedback.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Adaptability to evolving design trends, technologies, and creative tools.
