Job Description

The Business Development and HR Coordinator will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, marketing, and customer engagement, while also managing HR functions such as recruitment, staff training, and employee welfare. This role ensures alignment between business objectives and human resource practices to promote a healthy, productive workplace.

Business Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance clinic visibility and increase patient volume.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, referral partners, and vendors.
  • Plan, develop, implement and manage strategies for the organization's social media accounts
  • Monitor performance metrics related to business growth and report results to management.

Human Resources:

  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring.
  • Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and handle disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure HR policies are updated timely and compliant with labor laws.
  • Coordinate staff training, development programs, and workshops to enhance team performance.
  • Handle payroll, employee benefits, and maintain leave records.
