Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented full-time on-site for a Machine Operator to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating and maintaining machines used in pharmaceutical production ensuring quality, efficiency of production processes and adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation preferred.
Proven experience as a machine operator in the pharmaceutical industry or similar field.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot machinery and perform minor repairs.
Understanding of GMP and other regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols and procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
Physical stamina and strength to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads if required.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience hand with pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment for oral solid dosage forms are encouraged to apply.
