Qualifications & Skills:

1. Educational Requirements

  • Minimum: High school diploma. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.

2. Experience

  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Assistant, or Administrative Executive preferred.
  • Experience in managing schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings.
  • Knowledge of handling confidential and sensitive information.

3. Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management & multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset to handle unexpected challenges.
  • Driving skills (valid license for scooter, bike, or light vehicle preferred).

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Experience in email management and professional correspondence.
