Job Description

As a Personal Assistant at Fireflies Travel & Tours Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive team by providing administrative and organizational assistance. You will ensure seamless operations and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the company.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO/Managing Director/Owner.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, memos, and other documents.
  • Coordinate travel logistics for executives and other staff members.
  • Arrange flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation for outbound tours.
  • Assist in managing client relationships and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with tour guides and local representatives to ensure smooth customer experiences.
  • Maintain office efficiency by organizing files, supplies, and equipment.
  • Assist in the implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
  • Support in organizing company events, workshops, and promotional activities.
  • Handle logistics and coordination for corporate events and client meetings.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Note: 

  • Should be flexible to visit abroad for office purposes when required.
