Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to The CEO of our American Nepali software development enterprise. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative, organizational, and personal tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Personal Support

  • Assist with personal errands and tasks, such as shopping, booking appointments, and managing
  • schedules.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, contractors, and other service providers.
  • Organize and oversee personal and family events as required.

Operational Management

  • Research and provide recommendations for projects or purchases.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical documents.

Miscellaneous Tasks

  • Run errands and perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address them.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of software tools a plus.
  • Flexibility with working hours and availability for occasional travel.
