Job Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman.
  • Manage and maintain Chairmans' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate and manage projects, events, and meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the preparation of personal financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and redirect them as necessary
