Job Description

  • Drive the strategy & growth of an business in close collaboration with the Growth marketing or Buyer Growth team
  • Leverage weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting structures and use the data to set priorities for the business
  • Gap analysis on existing performance metrics and structures and build a strategy to grow the buyer base
  • Strong Data Analysis, reporting, excel and presentation skills with Analytical ability
  • Growth, management, and optimization of digital channels for new customer acquisition & retention
  • Testing of audiences, ad placements, solutions, and creatives, including structured A/B tests
  • Familiar with accurate tracking, attribution, and measurement of digital channels
  • Managing online advertising and display campaigns, preferably third-party app advertising campaigns with mobile ad networks and publishers such as Facebook, Google, etc.
  • Establish, implement & measure the effectiveness of mobile app paid advertising initiatives to drive adoption, user growth and engagement
  • Focus on the relevant business metrics, monitor their performance, spot weaknesses and deep dive into fixing them

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business disciplines, IT or Engineering, Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or applied Economics
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field, Prior Experience in Advanced Digital Marketing/ Online Marketing will be an added advantage
  • Advanced Proficiency in Google Analytics or other Analysis Tools, Microsoft Excel & Proficient in SQL or aptitude to become proficient quickly with training
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of program planning, reviews, monitoring and evaluation is essential
  • Ability to function and prioritize effectively when presented with tight deadlines
  • Must possess excellent decision-making, strategic thinking, leadership, interpersonal, and ethical conduct skills
  • Go-getter and can-do attitude
