Job Description

  • Retain existing NKA sellers, monitor their performance and help them to grow their business on Daraz
  • Ensure maximum no. of sellers participate in campaigns
  • Ensure better seller performance (Seller Cancellation, QRR, OSS, Processing time etc.)
  • Reactivation of NKA seller
  • Ensure better seller experience working on Daraz

Requirements

  • Minimum Master’s degree with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in relevant background
  • Proactive and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities and strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to anticipate and identify problems, and using sound judgment and fact-based analysis, develop effective and efficient solutions
  • Demonstrated ability of excelling in a fast-paced, changing and ambiguous environments under high pressure
  • Working knowledge of Excel and other Office packages
  • Ability to mentor, coach and act as a knowledge resource to other employees.
  • Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
