• Develop scope and parameters to measure the success rate and performance evaluation of service provider.
• Profit maximization through minimization of cost.
• Identify the operational loopholes and correction method for service improvement.
• 4PL and 3PL Screening and Negotiation.
• Contract and rate card Management.
• Evaluating 3PL (Third Party Logistics) Performance.
• Publishing insights and daily, weekly, monthly level from 3PL performance improvement
• Enable Operations team by identifying improvement opportunities through Data analysis.
• Ensure allocation of packages amongst partners while keeping partner performance & strategic perspective into consideration in alignment with operations
• Review Standard operational Procedures.
• Maintain relationship with the Service Provider.
• Examine data to monitor performance and plan improvements of the operations.
• Support new business initiatives and projects and contribute to review meetings and change process. Ensure effective logistics implementation takes place relating to the changes
• Conduct or review environmental audits for logistics activities to ensure processes are as environmentally friendly as possible.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. (Masters’ preferred)
• Preferred experience in CRM, or Operations.
• Strong interpersonal, research and analytic skills.
• Should have a hunger to learn on the job and must continuously seek to improve
• Proactive & Accountable: Is able to take ownership and responsibility of their work
• Should know how to manage time, prioritize tasks, and have good judgement and common sense
• Understands the importance of building relationships and takes steps to build networks both within and outside the organization, and is willing to put in extra effort to help others and work towards common goals
• Candidate needs to be able to change course, put in extra time and work as the situation demands, and to achieve set targets
