Position: People & Culture Manager
Responsibility:
Work closely with Director of People and Culture in human resource management through employee life cycle from talent acquisition, engagement and retention, performance and development to exit; support in development and review of HR policies and procedures and support in ensuring compliance of the global and local standards and policies and in amplifying Plan's values and feminist principles and creating a safe and healthy work environment.
