Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify children’s physical development needs.
• Develop and implement therapy plans focused on improving physical, cognitive, social, and emotional abilities.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as required.
• Guide and educate families to support their children.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and educators.
• Participate in outreach programs and camps.
• Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and volunteers.
• Maintain detailed records and reports of each child’s progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physiotherapy (specialization in Pediatrics preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience working with children with disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping children.
• Willingness to travel for camps and outreach programs.

Salary and Benefits:

• Master’s in Physiotherapy (MPT): NRs. 55,000 and above.
• Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy (BPT): NRs. 45,000 and above.
