Job Description

Tilganga City Eye Center is seeking a dedicated Patient Services Coordinator to enhance our patient care services, with a key focus on surgery coordination. This role involves direct communication with patients, doctors, and administrative teams to facilitate seamless healthcare delivery. Responsibilities include scheduling surgical procedures, guiding patients through pre- and post-operative care, coordinating with doctors and surgical teams, and managing patient records, among others.

  • Education Level: Under Graduate (Bachelor)
  • Experience Required: More than or equal to 2 years
  • Professional Skill Required:  Customer Service & Patient Care, Problem-Solving & Crisis Management, Multitasking & Time Management, Knowledge of Medical & Administrative Processes, Technical Proficiency

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients in scheduling consultations, diagnostic tests, and surgeries.
  • Coordinate with ophthalmologists, surgical teams, and patients to ensure seamless surgical procedures.
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative guidance to patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and follow up on surgery-related queries.
  • Ensure a smooth patient experience by addressing concerns and providing necessary information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, etc.).
  • Previous experience in healthcare coordination or patient services is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and patient management systems.
  • Fluency in Nepali and English required; proficiency in Tibetan language will be an added advantage.
