Job Description

Handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries
Manage transactions with customers using cash registers accurately and efficiently
Perform routine clerical duties in support of the administrative office
Basic computation to carry out the duty of cashiering
Count money with speed and accuracy
Print and write legibly
Understand and follow oral and written directions
Learn procedures, functions, and limitations of assigned duties
Communicate effectively orally and in writing
Verify goods/services and ensure pricing is accurate
Collect payments whether in cash or credit
Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
Redeem stamps and coupons
Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
