  • Greeting the visitors and acknowledging them about their visit purpose and directing and accompanying them to their proper interest
  • Noticing the activities of the guest and working swiftly if the actions are needed or the concerned party is to be called for assistance
  • Register the name of the visitor and their purpose and designated person they want to visit
  • Notifying the proper authority of the visitors and their purpose
  • Dealing with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
