About the job

The Paid Ads Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and campaign reporting platforms.
Knowledge of audience targeting, keyword research, and A/B testing.
Proficiency in budgeting and managing ad spend effectively.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting to ensure maximum impact.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
Create detailed performance reports to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversions.
Continuously optimize campaigns to ensure peak performance.
Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to meet campaign goals.
Track spending to ensure campaigns stay within budget.
Work with content, design, and marketing teams to create compelling ad creatives.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.
