Job Overview
E-Works, a prominent digital marketing agency under The Kandel Group, is seeking an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and executing high-performing ad strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and execute paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
- Define target audiences and set clear objectives for each campaign.
- Allocate budgets effectively to maximize ad performance and ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and overall performance.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to create compelling ad copies and visuals.
- Ensure all ads align with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and extract actionable insights.
- Generate and present reports on key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct research to identify high-value audience segments and optimize targeting.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in paid advertising platforms.
- Maintain proficiency in using ad platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Keep accounts organized and updated with the latest best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Paid Ads Specialist or similar role (minimum 2-3 years).
- Expertise in managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge and proven experience in Programmatic Ads is a plus.
- Knowledge and proven experience in CRM tools like Zoho is a plus.
- Proficiency in tools like Looker Studio, Google analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and campaign tracking software.
- Experience with remarketing and retargeting strategies.
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and prioritize projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
