Job Description

  • Work on diligently converting leads to opportunities generated by sales associates 
  • Prepare Go to Market (GTM) strategies for all the products/solutions under responsibility. 
  • Understand the customer’s requirements properly, engage the pre-sales team, and pitch/propose accordingly.
  • Keep track of all the opportunities on a regular basis and plan for next steps in a timely manner.
  • Update the progress in CRM regularly.
  • Update the opportunities' progress to the Sales Manager and also to OEM's. 
  • Maintain relationships with customers and OEM's for future repeat business.
  • Chase the sales targets (internal as well as OEM) and work efficiently to achieve the same.
  • After sales, coordinate with the backend team to ensure the timely delivery of the goods to the customers.
  • Ensure that the project is neatly handled by the PMO and technical team
  • Ensure proper monthly/quarterly sales forecast and reviews of the same with the team lead
  • Offload regular desk tasks to associates and work more with customers and OEM's in the field
  • Focus on upsell/cross-sell with existing customers and net new logos
  • Ensure monthly/quarterly customer visits for reviews and feedback on the services sold
